Do I need to create an account?

No. Just fill in the form and download your invoice as a PDF. There is nothing to sign up for.

Is my invoice data private?

Yes. The invoice is built entirely in your browser — none of your invoice details are ever uploaded to a server. Your draft is saved locally on your own device so you can come back to it later. (The only thing that ever leaves your browser is your email address, and only if you choose to save invoices to a reusable library.)

Can I add my company logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo and it appears on both the on-screen preview and the downloaded PDF.

Can it remember my details so I don't retype them?

Yes. Tick “Remember my details on this device” and your business name, logo, and tax settings fill in automatically on your next invoice. You can also save clients and pick them from a dropdown to fill in the bill-to details. All of it is stored only in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Can I email the invoice to my client?

Yes. The Send invoice button shares the PDF straight to your email or messaging app where your browser supports it; otherwise it opens a pre-filled email draft for you to attach the downloaded PDF. It all happens in your browser — the invoice is never routed through our servers.

Can I add VAT, GST, or sales tax?

Yes. Set any tax label (VAT, GST, Sales Tax…) and rate, and optionally apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount. Totals are calculated automatically.

What format is the invoice?
