Pest control gets billed two ways, and both fit the line items: charge a flat rate per service (say $150 for a standard quarterly treatment), or price by area — put the treated square footage in the quantity column and your per-square-foot rate beside it, so 2,400 sq ft at $0.08 totals on its own.

The interior work is a flat charge, while the exterior band around the foundation is billed by the linear foot, with the measured run typed straight into the quantity column.
